Terms and Conditions

This is an offer to enter into a contract with Sarah Whitehead & Think Dog Ltd (the “Company”) for your participation in the Top Drawer Mentoring Mastermind Programme (the “Programme”). You agree that, once payment is made, you will have entered into a legally binding contract with the Company.  By signing up, you agree that your participation in the Programme will be governed by the following terms and conditions.


The Company respects your privacy and we must insist that you also respect our privacy, as well as that of your fellow participants.  In the course of your participation in the Programme, confidential and proprietary information, plans, ideas and trade secrets will be revealed by the Company and by participants. You agree that you will not disclose such information to any person or entity outside of discussions at the Programme sessions and will not use any confidential or proprietary materials acquired by you through the Programme for any purpose whatsoever outside the Programme, whether commercial, educational, or otherwise.  By signing up, you acknowledge that all confidential material and information revealed to you is and remains the sole intellectual property of the Company and Sarah Whitehead or the participant who revealed it.

Financial Responsibility

We have made every effort to accurately represent the Programme and its potential.  Every individual’s success depends on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, desire, motivation, and the nature of the business in which he/she is engaged.  By signing up, you represent to the Company that payment of your fees will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family and that any decisions or actions you take in response to advice or information acquired in the Programme, and their consequences, are your sole responsibility. 

Monthly Payments

Upon acceptance to participate in the Programme, you acknowledge that your entire three-month minimum fee must be paid even if you choose at some future point to no longer participate and that no refunds will be issued.  If your monthly payments are not made in a timely fashion for any reason, the Company may suspend your participation in the Programme until your account is brought current, and to pursue those funds even if you no longer participate.  By signing up, you acknowledge that you are making a commitment to pay 3 monthly payments to the Company in exchange for the privilege of participating in the Programme and you further agree to make all payments when they are due. You are free to renew at the end of the 3 month period, should you wish to do so and the Programme is continuing in the same format.


The Programme instructors and coaches are not qualified to provide legal, tax accounting or financial planning advice and the information they provide in not intended as such.  By signing up, you agree that you will refer all legal, tax, accounting and financial planning questions which may arise to qualified professionals.


The Company is committed to providing all Programme participants with a positive and productive experience.  By signing up, you agree that the Company, at its sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your right to participate in the Programme without forgiveness of any remaining monthly payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, fail to follow Programme guidelines, or if your behaviour impairs the ability of instructors or fellow participants to participate in the Programme. The company reserves the right to terminate the Programme in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, in this case the contract will cease and no further payments will be owed.
