Outcomes of the Programme

We have made every effort to accurately represent the Programme and its potential.  Every individual dog, cat and human’s needs depend on many factors, including his or her background, dedication, motivation, and the nature of the issue for which help is being sought.

Sarah’s one-hour 1-1 sessions are to discuss first-line approaches and how you might wish to proceed, including – on occasion – being referred to one of Sarah’s colleagues whose speciality Sarah recommends. Sarah does not receive any income from this direct recommendation.

For behavioural help, the sessions do not attempt to resolve your pet’s behavioural issues or give advice which will miraculously modify your pet’s behaviour in a single one-hour session. Any subsequent behavioural help will depend on liaison with your veterinary surgeon and will be charged separately. Sarah is not able to discuss legal cases, clinical disgnoses, or insurance claims in these sessions. Please do not ask her to.

For business help, these sessions cannot be expected to ‘fix’ serious business issues, or to implement strategy in any way. Sarah is not able to discuss legal cases, insurance claims, tax or accounting in these sessions. Please do not ask her to.

Financial Responsibility

By signing up, you represent to the Company that payment of your fee will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family and that any decisions or actions you take in response to advice or information acquired in the Programme, and their consequences, are your sole responsibility.

You understand and agree to our policy of no transfers or refunds under any circumstances whether you attend the booked session or not.

The Programme instructors and coaches are not qualified to provide veterinary, legal, tax accounting or financial planning advice and the information they provide in not intended as such.  By signing up, you agree that you will refer all veterinary, legal, tax, accounting and financial planning questions which may arise to qualified professionals.

The Company is committed to providing all Programme participants with a positive and productive experience.  By signing up, you agree that the Company, at its sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your right to participate in the Programme if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, or fail to follow Programme guidelines. The company reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Programme in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, in this case the contract will cease and your payment will be returned.
